The renewal process is entirely online. No additional documentation or confirmation with our office is necessary. However, if you do not receive an online receipt for your permit renewal, please contact our office to ensure the process has been completed.
The renewal period will close at 12:00pm (noon), Thursday, April 30, 2026. After this deadline, you will not have access to priority renewals and will have to wait until 9:00am, Friday, May 1, 2026, when next year’s permit sales open on a first come, first served basis. At this point, there is no guarantee that your location or reserve space from the previous permit year will be available.
On Friday, May 1, 2026, any facility that is currently waitlisted will be immediately backfilled from that list. This means that any person who has a permit in such a facility that fails to renew before the deadline will most likely be unable to purchase a permit for that same facility in the new year.
Permits purchased by payroll deductions after the renewal period is closed at 12:00pm (noon) on April 30th, 2026, will have their May 2026 deduction deferred to June 2026 due to the early payroll closure period. Enrolling in payroll deductions at any time in May 2026 will result in a 2X payroll deduction in June 2026.
When a permit is renewed, the permit holder is agreeing to abide by our regulations that are binding and enforceable. Permits holders failing to familiarize themselves with said regulations does not absolve them of the consequences if they are violated.

Taking a ticket to enter is prohibited. Any permit holder who enters the garage with a ticket, instead of using their valid QR code, is required to pay at exit and will not be reimbursed. There are no exceptions.

QR codes can be obtained:
The 107 St. George Garage is equipped with License Plate Recognition equipment. Gates will open automatically (so long as the correct vehicle license plate is registered to your permit). However, permit holders must always have ready access to their QR code in case of technical or license plate malfunction.
