With affordable rates and accessible location, it’s the perfect place to leave your car if you’re looking to visit Nathan Phillip’s Square, the Eaton’s Centre, Sankofa Square (formerly Dundas), Toronto Metropolitan University, and major shopping and entertainment districts in the city.
This parking garage is available to members of the public, people living at Chestnut Residence, and U of T students and staff members.
The monthly permit price ranges $140 – $250 and the daily maximum is $21. The lot costs $4.50 every 30 minutes and the evening maximum rate is $10. There is a flat rate for weekends and holidays at $10.
The garage is available by permit or through the machine.
