This parking garage under the University of Toronto’s Chestnut Residence and Conference Centre is open to the following:

• Members of the public.  
• Individuals living at the residence.
• University of Toronto students and staff members.

The monthly permit price ranges $135 – $240 and the daily maximum is $21. The lot costs $4.50 every 30 minutes and the evening maximum rate is $10. There is a flat rate for weekends and holidays at $10.

The garage is available by permit or through the machine.
