City of Toronto Announcement: Parking Fine Increase

Takes effect at 12:01am, December 01, 2023

City of Toronto fines for parking or leaving a motor vehicle on private or municipal property without consent, under Sections 915-2A and 915-2B of City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 915, will be increased from $30.00 to $75.00 as of 12:01am, December 01, 2023.

This amendment is intended to encourage compliance in purchasing paid parking on municipal and private property and discourage the illegal practice of parking or leaving a vehicle on municipal and private property without consent.
