Our beautiful new, centrally located lot has 237 parking spaces (of which seven are accessible spaces) and was developed with sustainability in mind.
Starting August 25, 2024 to February 21, 2025, for the next 180 days*, the Landmark Parking Garage is offering an incredible daily rate: just $18 per day, with free electric charging** included in the daily rate!
Normally, electric charging costs an average of $4 per hour. It’s an amazing savings –it’s almost like getting free parking!

how to get there
To get to the Landmark Parking Garage from north of the St. George Campus (directions from St. George and Bloor Street), drive south on St. George Street, past Bloor Street, to the intersection of Hoskin Avenue and Harbord Street. Turn left (east) onto Hoskin Avenue and continue until you reach Queen’s Park Crescent. Turn right (south) onto Queen’s Park Crescent and exit via the left-hand lane to Wellesley Street W. Turn right at the stop sign to go beneath the underpass and onto main campus.
To get to the Landmark Parking Garage from south of the campus travelling north (directions from College Street and University Avenue), travel north on University Avenue, which turns into Queen’s Park Crescent, until you reach Wellesley Avenue. Turn left (west) onto Wellesley Avenue and continue straight, beneath the underpass and onto main campus.
The Landmark Garage is not accessible via Galbraith Rd & KCR/King’s College Circle.

Parking payment can be made at any of our “Pay-by-Plate” machines. There are three machines located on the east wall of the garage and another three on the west wall.
Mobile pay is also available.
If you do decide to check out this unprecedented deal, please note that access in and out of the garage is only from the Wellesley Street underpass. There is no access from King’s College Road, Galbraith Road, or King’s College Circle.
