Parking Permits
Individuals who possess an Accessible Parking Permit (APP) issued by a Provincial Ministry of Transportation, are NOT exempt from paying parking fees even when parked in a barrier-free (accessible) parking space. Proof of payment is required at all times when parking on University property.
Permit holders who have an APP may park in any available designated Barrier-Free parking spaces on University property with the exception of gated lots. If access is required for the 107 St. George Street garage, please contact Transportation Services at 416-978-7275.
Special Accomodation permits, and their associated rates, are avaible for those possessing an Accessible Parking Permit (APP). If you wish to apply for a Special Accomodation permit, a copy of your APP must be submitted to Transportation Services when making your request. The special accomodation rate only applies to an issued special accomodation permit. Retroactive refunds for previously purchased permits (of other types) are not eligible. Please note, a copy of the APP must be provided each year at the time of permit renewal.
Any vehicle parked illegally in these specially designated spaces will be ticketed and/or towed.
