Parking permits
This parking garage is located slightly off campus, just south of the popular Toronto intersection of Yonge St. & Bloor St. The garage is located just underneath University Family Housing and is accessible just off of Charles St.
It is open to the general public and is steps away from many local shops and delicious restaurants.
The daily maximum at the parking garage is $14, the evening maximum is $6, and it costs $3 per half hour. The monthly permit price is $190 and the price for a lost ticket is $50.
Permits are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.
Access to the underground garage is obtained via the use of a QR code. Upon completing the purchase of your permit, the QR code is sent as a PDF attachment with your receipt to the registered email address. The QR code can also be downloaded in your online account at any time.
QR codes must be scanned when accessing the garage in your vehicle as well as at pedestrian access points.
Day and Evening parking is available through Pay-by-Plate machines and the ParkedIn app.

730 Yonge parking permits are valid only at the 730 Yonge underground garage. These permits are not valid at any other University of Toronto parking facility.
